Other stuff you might want to know

We will take one payment from you and then you're done! The child will receive boxes for the length of the term you picked and then we will stop sending them, you don't have to do anything at the end of the term.  If you decide you want to buy another bunch of months, you can come back and do so then, but nothing will happen automatically.

We also send a voucher in their last box if it's less than 12 months, to ask them if they want to buy more boxes for themselves.

The family will receive a member's pack within the first few days. If you have a specific date you want it sent for (like a birthday in three weeks' time) email me and I'll try my best to send nearer to the date or write "do not open until" on the envelope.

If you sign up in the first half of the month, we will send the box for the current month as the first box. If you sign up in the second half of the month, the family will get the membership welcome pack straight away, but the first box will come at the beginning of the next month, to give a long enough time to enjoy it.   If it's a gift and you really want to start with the current month but it is after the 15th, please enquire and we will try our best to send you one if we have one available.
