Check your email to make sure the name and address details are right on the invoice.

Email us straight away with any corrections.

You will also get another email asking if you want to receive follow up ideas from us. If you bought the membership for someone else, you will get an email to forward to that person. Opting in is totally optional.

(If you bought a gift, the email will ask the child's parent or carer to join)

Your first pack will arrive with a certificate and badge in the first pack.

 If you ordered before the 14th of the month, the child will get the pack in the next few days.

If you ordered after the 14th of the month, they will get the first pack at the beginning of the next month.
